TOPIC: Gen Con 2024 Group Index

While I have no idea what Gen Con's event search is doing, it certainly could lead to tickets going unsold if attendees aren't aware of the issue. I have found one common denominator, but still can't totally explain it. If the run has >1 ticket available and starts prior to 10pm, you won't find it using Gen Con search (there may be 1 or 2 exceptions to this, but generally these are the runs showing as "Sold Out", but aren't). Why they do display after 10pm I find confusing.

You can get most of this from Andrew's amazing stats in this thread, but in total (as of 6am 9/27)
Tickets you will find using Gen Con's Event search = 96
Tickets actually available = 171
Additional tickets available in the forum from people LFM = 90

Basically, if you use Gen Con's Event Search feature on their website, you'll only find 37% of what is actually available.

The fact that there are any GC tickets available this late, other than returns and maybe a single here or there, is quite amazing to me.
