TOPIC: XP Code not working

I ran the Curse of the Crimson Isle at Gencon this year, and received my XP code card at the end. When I try to enter it on the site my code is coming up as invalid. Any idea what I need to do here? Should I be selecting something other than 2024 since it was a redux dungeon?

I haven't run that adventure before, so it shouldn't be already logged.

You are probably typing in the code wrong. It is case sensitive. Also, there’s a good chance that you mixed up letters or numbers that look like each other, so check those to see if they could be something else. For example, a lowercase L looks a lot like a number one. Or, a zero looks a lot like an O.

It is a capitalized “i” for Isle in the code.
