It was a bit tricky, my friend and I were both trying to reserve a spot for us in the same parking garage, with different apps/websites. For mine, it said we didn't have in/out privileges which clearly wouldn't have worked, but his gave us in/out privileges. I suspect mine was an error and we would have had them, but we didn't want to take the chance. I think the parking is probably 40%-50% less than what we usually paid for parking at the downtown Embassy Suites.

Even when I have a downtown hotel, I always park in one of the nearby parking options ((usually Gate 10) because downtown hotel parking is so expensive.

Gate 10 offers in/out but are also 1st come 1st served. Nice with them is they have a shuttle that will take you straight to main doors of convention center and/or hotels where your events might be at. They also have security and unlimited in/out.

You might try them, we have been parking with them since the beginning.
