TOPIC: Where do I see my tickets?

Was number 700(my friend) and 740 in line first thing this morning, we paid for our tickets. Anyone know when they will appear in our packets? There was some weird 500 error. The system still took our money, my friend took a screen shot. I know in the past the tickets were handled weirdly, perhaps TD looks after them and releases them soon? Just want to make sure we are not completely, missing out due to some error.

I also do not have time to read through all the forums to find the information.

Any help or clarification?

I had the same problem and I was charged for the ticket, but looks like I didn't get it. I have a feeling this happened to others. I would contact customer service. I have a feeling you didn't get the tickets but still got charged. The tickets should show up immediately.

Since the tickets are digital, they won't show up in your packets list which is the ones that will print and ship to you or be at Will Call if that's how you get them. Look under My Schedule in your GC user menu instead and you should see the events you have tickets for.

For mine, the 500 error charged me but didn't get me the ticket. They may have had the same issue. I contacted Customer Service asking them how to proceed. I bought 1 ticket to Golden Obelisk but got charged twice due to the 500 error.
