TOPIC: Escape Room Wed July 31st 430p to Warm up for GenCon! Join us!

A group of friends and I have made it a tradition to do an escape room the Wednesday afternoon before the con really gets going. I've found that the more people we have that are smart and fun in a group, the more likely we are to succeed.

The Indianapolis Escape room is about 2-3 blocks from the convention center.

This year there is only one room we haven't attempted yet - Dark Wyvern Mining. It is rated at "advanced" with a 20% success rate.

We'll be doing the run at 430p and have 4 tickets (out of the 8) available. Message me if you would like to join us!

The Dark Wyvern Mining is a really cool run - I did it last year and had a great time. I’m surprised the success rate is that low (we made it out with a few minutes to spare) - it’s no where near as impossible as the KGB escape room.

The kgb one was the hardest I’d ever tried. I can read/write Russian saving us 5-10 minutes and we still failed.

Absolutely and you are welcome to join us next year! That was a fun escape room. Very strange how we figured out the super-complex stuff and had to get clues for "yeah - the key you are looking for is hanging in the center of the room right in front of you" and "the might be writing on the other side of the sheet you are using." A win is a win, though!
