TOPIC: VTD Ticket return/Refund

I used to be able to login to TD.events and refund a ticket I had purchased. Now I don’t see the option For VTD 14. Am I missing something. Or has something changed? Now the only option I see if Transfer ticket Not refund ticket.

You have until I believe 24 hours before scheduled start time to be able to do refunds after that no dice.

That's correct. I think the box you check before you complete your purchase reminds you of that.
