TOPIC: Please Use TD Character Gen App this weekend

Hello everyone,
Unfortunately this weekend we are experiencing an issue with the TD Character Creator Website where in certain rooms you are rolling far more natural 1s than you should. We are getting reports of this occurring 50-90% of the time and this should not be the case.

This issue is not seen on the app "Character Gen for True Dungeon" By Tom Jennings (Cranston) on ios and the Playstore. You can find it by searching for "True Dungeon" on your respective app store, it has a reddish background, and a D20 as its logo.

Before we go down this rabbit hole, This is very likely NOT related to any problem with the TD Character Creator website. The players are not rolling 1's. This is the app/website dealing with a feature of the module in multiple rooms. There are multiple reasons for getting a miss in combat, but some of them are situational and are reported as a 1. If the Dice Roller is displaying a 1, very likely it is a situational miss. If a player rolls a 1, the Dice Roller displays the result, with bonus like Bard Song or strength and would show a number higher than 1. When a 1 is reported, it is most often situational. I don't want to go further into details, so not to provide any spoilers.

I can confirm that it was situational last night and not an issue with the web app (related to in game effects)… kind of a hard conversation to have though without spoilers so I will leave it there.
