TOPIC: When and how to get Sub-Class Character Cards @ GHC

First time having access to the Sub-Class Character Cards (green alternate class cards). At GHC, when and how do you get the cards for a run?

Do you just request from the coach or is there another process?

Related question:
Since the token year starts in November, we can use the alt class at gameholecon, and the alt class ability will refresh before any other events, correct?
