I ended up with an extra hotel room for GHC. It's AmericInn by Windham Madison South (101 W Broadway). It has two queen beds. It was $670 for Thur Oct 31 through Sun Nov 3rd (that's the full cost, already paid for). If somebody is interested in this room please let me know.
