Have 3 slots. Can gear all classes normal or hardcore. Nightmare might be feasible, but we'd need some time to work through builds for class pairings to see what we could pull off and might need to borrow some tokens.

Probably would want 1 class to be either cleric or druid, the others something not cleric or druid.

We have three slots in this run. A friend of mine, my wife and I. My wife and I could potentially do nightmare readily. My friend will be doing this as his first true dungeon run, but we will be gearing him for one of the wizards somewhere between hardcore and nightmare and he's a good game so I think he will adapt quickly to the dungeon and flourish. My wife has an interesting rogue build and is quite adept with the boxes. I play a bard and am working towards finish acquiring a few gear pieces before the con starts.

Cool, our 3 will plan on avoiding bard and rogue and be flexible on which wizard (if any). I don't think there will be any reason to push for nightmare. My group can only easily manage 2 nm level builds at a time anyway.
