TOPIC: Transmutation hours?

With the mandatory transmutes of Lenses of Divine sight, Cloak of Shadowskin, and Charms of Avarice - I am in need of knowing when the Transmute booth is open this year so I can make sure I get that done without risking "my precious" through the mail.
Can someone kindly let me know what the hours of operation will be (and days - if it varies)?

as of right now it is 9-11am and 4-6pm Thur,Friday and saturday
I am trying to get it open at 8am all days since runs start at 830am...for sure it is 9-11am and 4-6pm Thur,Friday and saturday (i have those times in my volunteer schedule)
