TOPIC: Hotel room available @ Westin downtown

Have a hotel room reserved that I no longer need. Westin downtown (skybridge to convention center), 2 double beds, reserved for 5 nights (Jul 30 - Aug 4). I value the room at ~ $300/nt cash, or would consider higher value in token trade. (It's a points reservation that I made a year ago, so I am trying to get equal value to the Marriott points it requires while providing a room for someone in the TD community, or I will just cancel with no penalty.)
