Just wondering when volunteer status is usually communicated. Just saw the most recent mail that went out this morning which announced that event tickets go on sale starting Sunday.

Also good to know for things like booking flights, etc.

Good question!

Lori is working on the schedules now, and they will be sent out BEFORE tickets go on sale on Sunday.

Lori is mailing out all the volunteer schedule this morning. Tickets go on sale tomorrow, and some a set aside for volunteers only.

Has their been an update from PAX on hotel spaces for volunteers? I was hoping for confirmation (including check in/check out days and times) before finalizing my travel arrangements.

There is a true dungeon volunteer Facebook page with this info. Lori hotel contact is away for the holidays till Tuesday. If you get put into a room, check in will be Wednesday and check out on Sunday.
