Trent, thanks for sharing. I actually had no idea the golden ticket came with such a great pack of loot! Can you comment if the golden ticket bag at GenCon looks similar, and is it more or less the same every year?

Thanks for watching! You know the old saying, past performance doesn't guarantee the future...or something like that.

I think you could safely say it will be similar, but there are random differences that don't seem to be nailed down to exacts. A while back there were pretty much the same every time (but awesomely so), but I think once we started to do multiple adventures the completion tokens were no longer included.

Generally you get the relics from that year, but (I think) one in ten bags has one relic replaced with the corresponding legendary. You also get a 5,000 GP token, but (I think) one in ten bags has that replaced with a 25,000 GP token. Then you get all the light blues from that year, a random UR, and then a few other things. The past few years have also included an exclusive onyx back spirit pet - one of five from that year.

I feel like it's pretty safe to say, that the GT bags at Gen Con and Gamehole Con will be the same. I assume they wouldn't want anyone to feel like they missed out because they chose a different convention. But, just like always what's in the GT bags and what happens in the extra room is never guaranteed, it's just something fun that they do for the GT winners. But every time I've been on a GT run (every year since 2016), it's been awesome fun!

One other thing I didn't mention in the video. I mentioned that when we threw the snowballs at Jeff, if you hit his horns you got a Bead of Asgard (which you can't make yet), but I didn't mention that everyone also chose an upside down token that was on the table. When you took one, we all had a fun cursed token. They're not on tokendb yet, but I have emailed CPN about it.
