TOPIC: PLEASE Do NOT "No Show" for a TD Event at Gen Con

Due to the rules at Gen Con for ticket redemption, if you buy tickets for TD and then don't show up -- True Dungeon gets nothing while Gen Con keeps all your money. In addition, not refunding your tickets ahead of time means that there won't be a chance to get those tickets into other folks' hands.

We thank you for your support, but doing a "no-show" means TD gets nothing, and other folks don't have a chance to play.

I really wish more people understood this. It’s one of the great things about electronic tickets, you can easily return them.

If we run short of people, like we did this year, we ghost the remaining tickets so the all get used.
