What's a fair price for a Soul Coffer?

A Soul Jar (2018 Uncommon Token) is $6.00 on TD Tavern. Couldn’t find a Soul Coffer on Trent’s Tokens or TD Tavern.

I think the last one I saw listed on here was 200? I'll dig and see If I can find who had it.

$145 is a reasonable price (Jason’s.) I think it was a completion token from paxwest (south?) and there weren’t a ton in circulation. Because it is slotless and appeared the season before possession became an isaue with a big boss, it was highly sought after.
What do we want? Evidence based science! When do we want it? After peer review!

I'd guess around 200 of them exist? They were a Rare completion token for just one of the dungeons at Pax South. As Rares they were only available for people playing Hardcore or NM. And since Pax South was relatively new for TD they apparently weren't expecting a lot of players at that level. I think they actually ran out of them before the end of the day Saturday. I may be misremembering that last part, but I thought I was given a different completion token after a run late on that Saturday.

Ok,,, I thank everyone for enlightenment on the history of the token, which I didn't know until now. I'm not really a collector. I'm more focused on a character build that is resistant to in game damage or negative effects. Just wondering if it is worth the money on a practical level.

It prevents 2 effects - the lost one effect and outsider possession. I believe both effects have only ever been used in 1 adventure, and we may never see these effects again. From a gameplay perspective, I don’t think would pay more than $20.

It may be worth noting that one of those two effects can alternatively be prevented using a $5-ish tokendb.com/token/soul-jar/

Yes, my AC is lower than the Wizard's. No regrets!

I think the real value is the fact it’s slotless and can prevent a nasty effect. Slotless has a way of raising the price of tokens that would otherwise be cheap.

Semper Gumby, Always flexible.

Sartre sits in in a coffee shop and asks for a coffee without cream. The barista apologizes “Sorry, we don't have any cream. Can I offer you a coffee without milk instead?”
