Had to sit through an annoying dentist appointment first, but preorder is in. Who-ha!

Funny to say but I'm TD raised the shipping price. I always felt guilty only paying $5 when I new it was costing TD significantly more.

Especially since even a small priority box is now 9.20 I think. At 8 it is still costing Jeff money.

With stamps.com or pitney bowes, I think the base rate is $8.65. Even assuming some volume discounts, I doubt the $8 covers TD's costs just for mail (plus you have to pay for someone to put the order together into the box to ship it.)

I've always thought TD should, at least, charge us what it costs to ship things. My first 8K order was only $8 in shipping and it wasn't condensed (not a great idea on my part.) It had to be over 100# of tokens and must have cost $60+ to ship.

Jeff - we are completely ok with the shipping increase as well as something to ease Grunnel's back pain.
