TOPIC: Scheduling runs as full time volunteer?

GHC will be my first time volunteering full time and I am curious how others get runs scheduled. As far as I know tickets are already for sale but we don't have our schedules yet.

Do you just buy runs and exchange then if they don't work? Scramble for what's left after we have our schedules? Beg for tickets from other groups? Haha I have no clue, any tips would be greatly appreciated!
