I spoke to Paul at Gama, he got all my stuff straighten out, since I had the tickets I needed already. Good luck to all that need the blocks tomorrow. May the odds be ever in your favor.

I too had the tickets I needed before they wiped them out. Now I have a credit for events, but that is all no phone call no email.

I called them with the number in the email, was pretty painless at that point

Was able to get 1 ticket allegedly but I'll believe it when I see it. Disappointed phone call, got the oops sorry we know you wanted multiple tickets but can't help you. Charges supposedly refunded but going to be a few days till it shows on credit card statement.

Our friends at Gamma have finally got my account fixed... however I no longer have any of the events I had selected.

I guess I will try again Saturday to get the events I wish... at least I don't have to pay the extra $504...

So Jeff latest email says they contacted the 98 of but I was never contacted nor was Fiddy. They also removed our tickets. So I don't think they are being truthful to Jeff.

I also was one of the 98 who received the original email. As of now, I also have not been contacted by any method. However, it appears that my tickets have all been removed since yesterday and their cost removed as well.

To sum up,

1. Despite the email from John Ward promising that we would be contacted, and their apparent reasurrance to Jeff that they did, they have not contacted at least some of us on the list.

2. Despite the above email and the email from Wendy Quick promising that we could keep tickets that we had already in our carts / reserved, my tickets and apparently others' tickets have been zeroed.

On the good side, the cost of the tickets has also been removed. There was long time during which the events were removed from my cart where I was still being "billed" for those phantom events.

As a result, I appear to be back to the beginning as if I had not been trying to purchase tickets on Wednesday and Friday. So I guess all is well and I will try to "kick that football" again tomorrow, confident that this time Lucy will not pull it away at the last minute.

Between my Gf and I, we are two more members of the 98. No phone calls, nor did they return my phone messages left at the extensions in the emails they sent. Account was credited and tickets removed at least. if I wasn't monitoring these forums I would not have know that's what they were doing and would still be waiting for a call. Terrible customer service on GAMA's end. Will stick to Gen Con and GHC in the future.

For those of you that got the direct contact from GAMA and know you have runs, do they show up in your Sessions list on the site? Or just the Fees & Payments?

I just got a receipt email for the runs I bought Wednesday, and the runs show up in Fees&Payments once again. But they don't show up in Sessions. I'm trying to figure out if I'm fixed or not.

So far just in my fees and payment for 1 ticket, no email of any kind (last one was the '98' from john ward. I had to call into Gama earlier and basically got told 1 ticket to each run i attempted to buy into, multiples wait till Sat like everyone else. Refunds are 'in process'. I'm exhausted mentally and the stress and time involved in what should have been a simple task yes/no on tickets.
