TOPIC: Beertram's Augmented 8K Onyx Auction Funded - Tokens Shipped

Auction rules:

As with previous auctions, this is a super-condensed auction augmented by some tokens from my collection. As the auction progresses, if it looks like we are not meeting the goal, I may continue to add things. The goal here is to get this funded. Ideally, this results in very good deals on the things I have added, as well as the auction items.
In order for the auction to be successful, the grand total of all winning bids must meet or exceed $8,000. If the auction fails to meet the minimum by the end date, the auction will end with no order placed.

For this auction I am keeping the 9-10 random URs, 2 OE and 2 EB out. The augmentation will be to cover their absence.

Bidding is "eBay style":
◦ Bids are sent to me through Private Messages.
◦ You must bid at least the current bid + the bid increment.
◦ When bidding on multiples of the same item, all of your bids must be at the same amount.
◦ Bid increment on items currently at less than $10 is $0.25.
◦ Bid increment on items currently at greater than or equal to $10 and less than $50 is $1.
◦ Bid increment on items currently at greater than or equal to $50 is $5.
◦ Bids must be in the bid increments shown above. Fractional bids will be reduced to the next lowest appropriate bid increment.
◦ The winning bid amount is the lesser of the highest bid and the bid increment greater than the 2nd highest bid.
◦ In the event that multiple bidders all bid the same highest amount, the earliest bid will be the high bidder.
Examples:
A bid of $49 is fine since the bid increment is $1 from $10 to $50.
A bid of $56 will be recorded as $55, since that is the next lowest increment of the bids over $50.

Since the price is set by the 2nd highest bidder, you may enter your top bid initially and never overpay.

Bidding ends on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at 9pm EST/6pm PST OR 9pm EST/6pm PST the day after funding has been achieved -- whichever occurs first.

There will be no extensions (aside from technical difficulties). Any last-minute changes in high bidders will not extend the auction.

Payment is required through Pay Pal via Friends and Family. I am not selling you tokens in this auction. You are bidding on the opportunity to join in on a group $8K order from TD. If you can’t/won’t pay with Pay Pal Friends and Family, please do not place bids on this auction without first getting another form of payment approved by me. All winning bids will have 48 hours after close of the auction to provide payment. Any unpaid item(s) after allotted time will defer their winning bid and the next highest bidder will be offered the item at their maximum bid price of the item(s).

Shipping within the US on all winning bids $11.30 for 1 to 150 tokens (Priority), $19.20 for over 150 tokens to destinations in the US. International shipping is at the actual cost of shipping. All orders will have tracking. Priority shipping comes with $100 insurance. If you want your shipment insured more than that, please add 1% of your winnings to cover that. Shipping will occur within 1 week of receiving the tokens from True Dungeon, though probably much sooner than that. Free pick-up of tokens locally (Central Ohio) or at some conventions can be arranged.

Yes, that last line is a puzzle, and the answer to the clue is one of the current bidders' pseudonym. First correct clue & answer gets free shipping and something else.

Someone has solved the linkage between the pseudonyms, but nobody has solved the recent puzzle. The answer to the linkage should help solve the recent puzzle. I'm told Google AI will solve the linkage.

After a slow start, we are over 2/3 funded in a few days! Not sure if Grunnel is donating the arrow or not. Fragment 4, the 3rd Ring, and the C/UC/R Onyx are all still at $0.25.

- and a conditional set of common & uncommon scrolls for use with your Tome of Useful scrolls. I will put the list in the 2nd post. There is a reserve of $100 on this. It will only be added to the auction if that reserve is met. It took a lot of time and effort to assemble these. There are 91 different scrolls include. Only the best of each type is included. So, for example, Scroll Shaman’s Sacrifice is not included because Scroll Elder Shaman’s Sacrifice is usable by the same classes and is better. Scroll Ymir's Breath is included, because Clerics and Druids can use it, but they can't use the better Ymir's Cough (also included).

Only 79 of these are listed on a certain online token store (many bought there), and at the best current prices they currently add up to over $180 (a few are 2026 and not listed yet). 11 of those listed are currently sold out. The scrolls are mostly gold, but there are 5 woodies and 4 platinum tokens.
