tokendb.com/token/1-cestus/
tokendb.com/token/ashers-5-viper-strike-fang/
Enchanter's Whetstone (+1 to hit & +1 to dmg with any Rare weapon)

If I equip all of these what is my +hit/+dmg on the party card?

tokendb.com/token/1-cestus/
tokendb.com/token/orb-of-might/
Enchanter's Whetstone (+1 to hit & +1 to dmg with any Rare weapon)

How about now?

I'm not official, but the way it has always worked is you get the better of your two bonuses on the (non-grind) party card.

So in the first case its +5 to hit (plus monk STR modifier) because one of your weapons has +5 to hit.

For the second one it should be +3 to hit (plus monk STR modifier): +1 from +1 Cestus, which is boosted to +2 total from Enchanters Whetstone, and a final +1 because Orb of Might increases your strength by 2.

Do you think the whetstone, +1 Cestus, and brawlers horn yields +4 to hit?

I think on the first example he would also get the +1 damage from the whetstone since the damage bonus is cooked into the party card, The +5 weapon has its extra damage built into the token. Seems OK to me

Yes assuming non-grind here.

In the first case do you think you should get the +1 damage on the party card? What if you replaced the +5 VSF with tokendb.com/token/iron-hand-axe/ ?

For the +hit, you think it should work with the Orb of Might but not the VSF. That is interesting. I can see the argument, it buffs the rare weapon +1 to-hit, so it is a +2 and a +5, and then you take the higher of those so still +5.

So if a rogue was holding a brawler's horn in their off hand and used an enchanters wer stone, would they get +3 to hit since the brawlers horn is technically a weapon even though they couldn't attack with it?

If I’m coaching outside of Grind, lacking other guidance, if you have a UR+ in your main hand, Whetstone does nothing. If you have your +5 in the offhand and a +1 rare in your main then, sure, you can have the +2/+1. Wouldn’t you rather have the +5?

Huh. This is interesting.

This is exactly the kind of thing I was trying to sort out in another thread.

I had no idea that having a +5 in one hand and a +1 in the other meant that you get +5 to both. That's really awkward.

It’s sleaze. There’s only room for one “to hit” number, so dual wielders get the benefit. Most players don’t take advantage, but some do.

Why is it ruled that the lower weapon sleazes up? It definitely seems like it should be the reverse.

Mostly because it would feel pretty bad as a ranger or monk to go out and upgrade one of your weapons only to be told it didn't impact the party card.

Doi... I was just thinking about to-hit - I agree the damage question is ambiguous and probably requires clarification.

Might be simplest to just say:

Party card ruling: Your bonuses apply only so long as all weapons in that mode are rare or lower.

You only get the +5 to hit on the main hand. Even if you have 2 +5 Asher’s it’s onky +5 not plus 10.

If main is plus 2 and offhand is +5 , only the +2 will be calculated in the To hit spot.

That’s how the apps calculate it.
