Devil Wasp Orb
Same average damage as the common. Could it just be +1 dmg at every wheel position over common, or, if that's too much of a jump, add half a point average by increasing three positions?
Haven Holy Symbol
Does seem to obsolete Greater Holy Symbol/Holy Symbol of Pelor. Sad as it is to suggest weakening an uncommon that isn't actually that great, but I'd change to "May affect evil Outsiders as Undead & +1 to Turn damage".
I doubt there's room to put a drawback on it if left at +2 Turn. Still obsoletes Masterwork Holy Symbol.
Monk's Spiked Belt
I thought Retribution damage was mentioned on more tokens. It's hardly ever used. Could start templating for future by just using Retribution damage (or Retribution dmg) as the player can just ask what it means in coaching/training and it goes on the party card, anyway. Keep in mind that such templating isn't so much to free up space on this token but to do so going forward and to align all Retribution damage in the game and to make it easier to reference by other tokens or in guides.
Nether Knocker & Nether Short Spear
These just seem underpowered at this point. Sliding a 20 already tends to be a good thing, healing 1 point doesn't strike me as much of a bonus. Maybe if all of the Nether healed 2 pts. on a 20 it would feel more impactful.
Compare to how Bliss weapons got +3 damage or iron weapons got +3 damage. Those might have been unusually good and probably not something to do every year. Of course, I don't know if Nether means anything for doing more damage - doesn't seem like it does.
Scroll Elder Shaman Sacrifice
I get the reason for the math, but it's rather terrible math compared to Scroll Cure Lt. Wounds. Another way to preserve the cycle is just have the sacrifice remain fixed at 2 points and the cure amount go up.
Scroll Ice Lance
Would think easier for DMs if all scroll slides were AC-15. This makes it functional reprint of Scroll Frostbolt. Love how different damage types are all over the map in the past.
More importantly, "slid" is not standard templating. Could just use exact wording of Scroll Frostbolt.
Shaman's Charm
Next version of bards get a 1st level healing spell? Can hope so, I guess, otherwise this can't actually do anything for a bard to my knowledge even with esoteric token interactions.
So, really, the only difference between this and the common is that this doesn't require a skill check and a 5th level Ranger can get +1 healing as many times as the Ranger pulls off their healing spell. *shrug* Ranger +1 is more interesting, +1 to 0 level healing spells would be far more powerful, but I guess part of the "benefit" to the common is making passing skill checks better and making tokens that allow retries more useful.
Wand of Iceblasts
So, the standard is going to be that bards get to do common damage and clerics get to do uncommon damage? Seems like wands really have lost a ton of flavor in the name of trying to make a magic consumable that works mechanically. Divine fire from last year might have been somewhat in flavor for clerics, but this is just a different machine gun for clerics and seems like they will get a new model constantly.
Just seems like clerics become more like wizards rather than getting a damage producer of their own flavor.
Of course, if staves weren't weapons and rods weren't in seven parts, could at least save wands for wizards and something else for divine spellcasters. I guess rod is still open for other uses and could even have magical effects from rods extended to paladins, rangers.
