TOPIC: Current list of reprint requests

UPDATE:

Ok, rather than do this myself, I figured I would try something else.

How about a doodle poll, where everyone can enter?

This poll has yes, if needed, and blank as options.

I would like to have everyone fill out:
only the ones they want as yes,
as needed if you would be ok with it but aren't requesting, and
blank if you would vote against.

I am also open to suggestions on how to do this better.

If there are requests I missed, please let me know and I will add them on to the end of the choices.

So, I went through and complied all I could see from this thread

in terms of votes for and against reprinting a given UR this year.
If you mentioned you wanted it, but not this year, I put that down as a vote against (I believe).

Also, Rob F mentioned he was against all reprints, so if you wanted to, you could list him against each and every one of them, and have each net decreased by 1.

It is probably too early to reprint any of the viper set or the cloak of shadow skin... though it will be nice to get my hands on some of them at pyp prices, so -1 viper items and shadow skin

I must have missed the posts regarding Charm of Spell Swapping, I’d like to add my support for this one.

I wouldn't count the "I'm against all reprints" in your tally.

First, we know there will be a few. To do otherwise would be a significant change in recent practice.

Second, no reprints of URs is a position I have seen. I have never seen anyone argue that should not be Rare or Uncommon reprints.

I just find the length of the list amusing. The whole set can't be reprints

If I had to pick 3 URs (I think that is plenty for straight reprints), I would go for the more class-defining tokens...

1. Mad Evoker’s Charm (and Hat of Intellect)
2. Lenses of Divine Sight (and Charm of Enlightenment) ... yes it's overpowered, but that ship has sailed, and there is plenty demand for it
3. Lenses of Vital Insight

I am surprised by the support for Druegar’s Death Die. We JUST got Ash’s Death Pouch which fills that same need. So I am against that one for that reason.

I will support Ring of Brilliance also.

Just to clarify, I'm against all UR reprints (yet I know there will be some). I have no issue with Rare's or lower being reprinted.

Were the tally accurate, it's not a given that participated in the original thread as if it were a poll in which their opinion would be represented - some people may have seen 3 votes for X and said - yeah - no need to talk about that further - even if they would have supported it.

I appreciate the effort nonetheless, it would be nice to see a poll-like result on what people would want reprinted.
