TOPIC: What about good DMs!

Seems we focus on the bad DMs, since we remember them. How about the good DMs. I can't remember them all but these are the highlights, I'm sure I will remember others!

I am bad with names but here it goes...

Micheal Dorn - Ran a great room, kept it entertaining and combat moving.

Toby - returning an iPhone he found to lost and found and doing a great job in the training room!

Eric/Raven - True Grind, kept it moving fast and furious! Had a blast Died and was fun dying! Trend for me as a ranger!

Bob/Tom or whomever - Great job in the training room, gold standard!

Kyle, Jeff, Barry, Jean and the other AC - really tough job and did great and handling situations! Awesome Job!

The guy at the puzzle final room, I know his name when I see him! Great description and fun for all! Yeah I died but it was fun! As you see... I'm always dying but having fun! You know its fun when you are laughing as your are dying.

To the Drow actress in the combat room 6 with the sacs. She did a great job distracting the 20 year olds (x4) in my group... dang dwarf slider couldn't hit (after slide three criticals in a row in the previous combat room!

To the set up and tear down crew... THANK YOU!

And Jeff and Lori... thank you for the memories.

Was that on saturday? If so I definitely owe him or whoever it was that turned in my phone my thanks for saving me a lot of stress. Apparently backpacks are not safer to store your valuables in a dungeon than your pockets. Was very relived that they had it in lost and found after exiting the dungeon and finding it missing from my bag.

Well not sure if it was your phone. I know it was my sons iPhone. Toby might have found yours too.

Really wished more people would give feed back on the good GMs.

I'm happier when they have absolutely no memory of me and had more fun with the room itself.

That is a VERY good point! I read the thread above and recognized names, but as you inferred, it doesn't matter if the DM was Captain Kirk, Worf, or Thomas Jane, the important part is if the party had fun!

Bob, Tom...Don...all sound the same. I just try to do my best, and am a shameless self promoter

Steve/Pablo was Great.

I always hope to hear of how memorable the room was, rather than how I did as a DM. If people remember the Carrion Crawler and enjoyed themselves, my work is done.
