Mercenaries for hire!

Availability:
Thursday, 3pm start or later
Friday, after 8:40pm

What you get:

Treasure Boost:
The use of six Charms of Avarice for your group
The use of two additional sets of CoGF, RoR, and amulets of treasure finding

Nightmare Boost:
Worried about being prepared for Nightmare?
Have any characters in your group equipped appropriately for nightmare. We offer builds for you if you like, which can speed up creating the party card in the coaches' room, or selective durable equipment you would like to be lent to boost your current build.
We can lend 10 charms of synergy, so all running can have an extra 10hp.

Two experienced players (8th level, and to be 7th level at GC) who have been playing on nightmare for years. Able to play any character other than rogue. We have legendary equipment as well as Eldritch sets and Complete Cabal sets of bracers and gloves, so healing can be maximized. If desired, one player can play the troubadour prestige class to guarantee three treasure stamps (limited to the first run we are offered).
Other than Thursday runs, we offer a "No one left behind" guarantee if you choose to have us be your healers. Given certain restrictions, everyone will be alive to the 7th room if it is within our power.

Mercenary fee:
  • You pay the price of two tickets for us.
  • We get to keep our two sets of treasure and any completion tokens and pins.
Winner of a Ring of Focus (that is now a Relsa's Ring of Focus) at Raven's awesome pickpocketing event at TD Tavern in 2008.

I've never donned a costume before, but for some reason this post got me thinking about buying out a run, dressing as a defenseless noble, and hiring two mercenaries to escort me through the dangerous dungeon.

The look on the DMs' faces would be almost worth it. :)

That would be fun. :)
Hadn't thought of that idea, but we are up for it if you want to try it.
The challenge of dealing enough damage would be fun, and of making sure you, as the nobleman, are protected, would be a fun additional challenge.

Between Fiddy and I we could probably buy and get full treasure for 8 slots, perhaps I should join as a Bard to provide the musical motivation for the mercenaries? It would be better if I could actually sing though...

A nobleman, his bard and 2 mercenaries? Sounds like fun. Starting to get images from MP Holy Grail.
We need some coconuts. Also, one drow stinger, and one merc to be "Patsy". One of my fav quotes: "message for you, sire".

I feel like we could show up with some coconut shells... it seems doable...

I may have interest for Friday night. Have quite a few purples/Blue on my Barbarian and would love to try Nightmare.
