TOPIC: Adventurers Guild Buttons in 2014

So I was recently dealing with someone that still believes there will be a "special dungeon" for AG Button holders at GenCon this year.

I was fairly certain that is wrong and that the only use they are for this year (now) is bag check, but wanted to make sure.

I am pretty sure you are correct. I think Jeff mentioned that there would not be room/time for the proposed Astral Dungeons. They did have some events at Whosyercon though. I have been trying to find a badge for the bag check, but not willing to pay $60+ they seem to be going for.

When should we expect to receive these? I hit the $2k mark but with multiple separate purchases. I believe I'm receiving a guild button but I'm not sure when...

Some local pan handlers are running this in the basement of the Marriott and the sewers leading to the Omni. Should be fun!

Jeff will ship out the rewards for multiple small purchases pretty soon. If I recall last year it was mid July.

Basically the adventurers button gives the wearer a bag check? Seems worth grabbing an extra off of somebody depending on your hotel/schedule. I believe that people who have extras can sell them off and the buyers can get the same benefits offered?

Many people sell them so I would assume so.

I've seen them from $25 to $100 depending on the seller. $25-$50 being the most average

Picked up a button last year and was extremely happy I did after the lockers were removed.....made sure to do it again this year too.

Any word on when the AG buttons will be sent out to those of us you reached $2K on separate orders?

The extra stuff from piecemeal orders totalling a bonus should have been shipped out Mid to Late July, so if you don't get them in a week I would email Jeff and see about picking it up at the con.

FWIW I also have not received my Adventurer's Guild buttons nor one of my RoSP for this year. I figured they are coming still... I will also arrange for pickup at GenCon if it doesn't make it in time.

I'm betting Jeff is waiting for last minute orders. Sales end on August 3rd so I am betting the bonus items will ship on the 4th or 5th (maybe later).

Jeff and TD has been pretty amazing at shipping things out fast. My last trade token exchange went out the same day they received the package.
