In 2013 our plans call for us to add an additional adventure to the event. There will be two consecutive adventure modules, and each module will have two variations of either a combat or puzzle orientation. The first module called “Lycans Afoot” tasks the party to travel through a dark forest in search of a tower, while the second module called “Golembane” challenges the party to reach the top of tower.

No, the goal is to kill all the monsters in one hour. As long as you can do that without a TPK, you have 'won'. Though the more survivor's the better.

Do ones per room items work once per wave, or once period on Grind?

I'm pretty sure I heard that Cadavar Charm can activate multiple times on True Grind, but I'm not sure exactly how many.

sneak attack activated mult times, so this should as well. Eric is always good about announcing a new wave so you can use those abilities again

Each new wave counts as a new room, so those abilities/tokens can be reused. I got a lot of use out of my +2 Staff of Power and Bracelets of the Zephyr last year.

Time is the biggest killer in grind so in the end it's more about efficiency (and a modicum of skill) than tokens.
