TOPIC: A poll on token collecting habits.

Just trying to get a feel for the different reasons why people buy, sell and trade tokens. I'm curious to see where the majority of people on the forums fall.

um, why do I primarily collect tokens? <br /><br />To equip myself for dungeon runs.    YES<br />To equip my party for dungeon runs.  YES<br />To complete annual sets (gold back). YES<br />To complete annual sets (plat back). YES<br />To complete multiple annual sets (gold or plat back). not really<br />Resale/profit.  NO<br />Social aspect/networking - if this means TRADING - YES<br />Other.  - obvious answer - to support True Dungeon and help fund better props and dungeons!<br />

It's all about the benjamins.

just one word...........ADDICTION.  =D<br /><br />in all seriousness. i guess i have the same answer as gary. while i don't ebay, i have sold/traded tokens for a beer in the tavern.  <br /><br />i do build multiple annual sets of golds and plats though. you never know when you might need one.  =|

I am one of those people that carry the burden of equipping a party...

I just try to equip myself as best as I can, and maybe pick up a few kewl combos as well.<br />

NO<br />To complete older Wooden annual Sets.  YES<br />Resale/profit.  YES to resale, to reinvest in True Dungeon.  NO to Profit, all the money from sales plus a bunch has gone back to True Dungeon. <br />Social aspect/networking - if this means TRADING - YES<br />Other.  - Because they are just cool to collect, and as Smak said - VERY addictive  <br />Other.  - obvious answer - to support True Dungeon and help fund better props and dungeons!<br />
