TOPIC: Paw print sticker

One of my treasure prizes from February's game had a sticker of a paw print on it. Any idea if it means anything or is it just a fun surprise?

Edit: I guess the better questions I should be asking would be:
1) if the sticker was for anything for the 2022 year, and/or
2) if anyone else got a sticker like that (for either that year or this year)?
