TOPIC: Arcanum Grouping in TDB

Since the pinned thread is not for discussion and this seems to be discussion, Arcanum Relic should be a category that Arcanum Shirt, et al, go under. Having them under Eldritch has confused a bunch of people. That there's a separate Grand Arcanum suggests we can finally end this faux relationship.

I think personally I'd take this chance to rename the categories and keep the given items grouped together.

For example:
Transmuted Eldritch Relic -> Transmuted Patron OR Transmuted Aeon Relic
Transmuted Grand Eldritch -> Transmuted Grand Patron OR Transmuted Grand Epoch

I don't really see the need for such short lived naming categories other than clogging up the database. That being said I wouldn't die on this hill either

I agree with Impy’s suggestion. Having set names and rarity levels overlapping is confusing, *and* we shouldn’t need another rarity level for so few tokens.

Gonna update my naming suggestions here, instead of Patron I think:

Transmuted Eldritch Relic -> Transmuted Aeon OR Transmuted Aeon Relic
Transmuted Grand Eldritch -> Transmuted Grand Epoch

Are better terms for the long-time period transmute

That sounds nicely simplified to me. Except the Transmuted Relics aren't from Patron tokens, they are from multi-year Ultra-rares. Maybe we need another name.

Yes it would be more like

Transmuted Multi-Year Relic - Multiple years of URs
Transmuted Grand Premium - Multiple years of premium (rod,teeth,rings)

I'm on the fence on the names, but whatever is chosen I think should be used for both. For example, Transmuted Relic Aeon and Transmuted Grand Aeon. Perhaps Saga since it takes several years to gather the ingredients?

Perhaps Saga and Grand Saga?

Edit: I also like Historic and Grand Historic

I agree, a new name that encompasses both Eldritch and Arcanum would be best.
