TOPIC: Token Holder/Bracer

Token Holder/Bracer 3 weeks 6 days ago #1

Hello!

I played True Dungeon back pre-Covid, and had a great time. I am looking to get back into it, and remember that I had no idea how to manage the giant fistfuls of tokens for equipment, most of which I didn't need. I designed a bracer setup with molybdinium magnets so I could have stuff for easy reference and access next time I go, aiming for GenCon 2024. I looked around on the net and saw people did sashes, and trading-card style plastic sleeve folders, but nothing much for in-dungeon play access.

A friend of mine said that I should see about selling it, which I would be game to do, if it would get me some better equipment tokens than the random hodgepodge that I have right now. My wife wants to play Druid, and I... used to play druid, so I'm open for anything if I can get a decent set of equipment.

So, would what you see here (attached photos) be something that people in True Dungeon would use? I'm open for token trades, or even directly selling a few gauntlets.

(apologies if this is posted in the wrong location. I have not posted in this forum before)

Just had a chance to look at this. Very cool, and I really like the light that you incorporated which could be super useful in the dungeon. How many Tokens do both gauntlets hold combined? 19? PM me and let me know what you'd like for a pair.

Regards,

Rob

Looks awesome! I always love seeing the cool ways people carry or display tokens. My little tubes are efficient, but definitely not aesthetically pleasing.

You'll want to be careful with the light, having it off unless using it for something specific. Players may not use non-TD-issued devices to illuminate elements of the game or the gaming environment. Nice to have on hand when needed to quickly reference a token, but otherwise you'll want it off.
