TOPIC: Why my trade tokens got sent back?

I sent in a somewhat small order of tokens for the exchange program. Most of it was exchanged, but I got three back. I’ll show you what was in one of them and maybe somebody can tell me why it didn’t qualify. Check out the picture to see which tokens I turned in for Aragonite. Can anyone tell me why this didn’t work?

Oh, I think I figured out why. It requires 25, not 25 units. Whoops.

Yes, but I didn’t see it at first.

Weapons and armor are always 25 tokens, not 25 units. Rare weapons and armor go together, but at the common and UC level they are separated.

Aragonite is 25 rare weapons or armor, Dwarven Steel is 25 common weapons, Elven Bismuth is 25 uncommon weapons, Minotaur Hide is 25 common armor, and Oil of Enchantment is 25 uncommon armor.
