TOPIC: Retired trade tokens?

I was going through one of the online stores and found a section of "unusable" tokens. As I looked through, I found many older trade tokens, some of which I still have saved up for future transmutations. Have they retired any trade goods, or could there be something I missed in the "unusable" section of that site?

Any of the older trade tokens have standard gold backs. They have transitioned to a brown back for trade goods and specifically retired the 2500 gold bar token.

If any of your trade goods are the older gold backs they are "expired" but you may find collectors on the site willing to swap you out for newer versions depending on what you have and how many.

Are you talking about the color of the actual token? If so, I missed the change and ALL of my trade tokens are expired. Guess I'll need to find someone interested in trading new for old. That'll change my plans for this year a little. I planned to acquire a +2 Holy Avenger, then transmute it to a +3. Hopefully my 1k gold bar is still good.

You can see the current versions of all the Trade as well as the current and obsolete Reserve Bar tokens in the TDb .

Maybe you could list the obsolete Trade Item Tokens and Gold Reserve Bars that you have on this or a new thread, and mention that you're looking for one-for-one trades for the newer versions of them. I hope you're able to swap all of them for the current versions. You can send me a PM on them also, I'm sure I can help out with some of them.

I just sent an email offer to someone I'm working on a trade with. I'm hoping to sweeten a deal to trade my +2 Dwarven Dire Axe for a +2 Holy Avenger.
Once I see how that goes, I might post on the forums to trade off anything they don't want.
