TOPIC: 2020 treasure cards/chips?

I recently received my order and I'm sure like many of you happily tore in to it to go token diving. However when I went looking for the treasure chips I found cards. They look like business cards, have a picture of a 3x treasure chip and say they are good for 3 draws from a 2020 treasure generator.

I'm curious if I have been singled out for this honor, or have others had the same experience? Are they even making the yellow treasure chips any more? I don't think it would bother me if we switched to cards, they would be lighter at least. Although I think it would be easier to lose the cards compared to tokens.

You are not alone, I also got cards. Kinda glad I can just throw them in my wallet and not worry about losing them. Not sure about conventions though.

I did have one side question as this was my first 1k order and as I was happily sifting through the tokens I found a second 6th tooth of cavadar. Is it possible my random UR was was this other tooth?

I wonder if it wasn't some manner of factory issue that left them with fewer tokens than intended.

To clarify, did you find this second tooth of cavadar and zero random URs at all in your order or was that in addition to your 1-2 random URs?

It was the second random UR I think based on what I recieved.

What I received:
4 PYP
1 lens of *agility (first random UR found in red rare bag)
2 6th tooth of cavadar (first one with PYPs, and second one was mixed in my trade goods bag)

I am guessing it was the second UR? Also sorry to hijack the thread.

Well I don't have my Tokens yet but my gut says I don't like it. Could be SUPER Easy for someone to counterfeit. And, well, I just like Tokens. If these are gone for good I'll be sad

I'm not really a huge fan of the cards either, but I would imagine they're easier to deal with than the chips logistics wise especially if they all get mulched at the end of the year anyway.

This was my thought as well. Printing business cards and distributing them so early feels like it's asking for trouble.

Do the cards come in 1x, 3x and 10x denominations?

Are the cards in the Token Database?

FWiW, I also received a second Tooth in my order.

It will be interesting to see how many extra tooth #6 tokens were sent out. Supply is already higher than demand. Which I'm OK with, I still need 6 more of them.
