I haven't ordered any tokens yet as I am waiting for my Tax refund, but I have been browsing Ebay. A recent auction is for 2 five Treasure Pull chips for 2014. Are these being included in the packs now?

I believe these were a bonus for preorder only. I could be wrong

I believe you got a token for 5 Treasure Pulls for each $1000 you spent.

I think you got a single one for each $250 spent. At $1k you got the 5x.
