I need to send in for my Draco-lich claw and can't find the link to order it?

I see lots of FAQS and guides, but not one to order it?

Is it not available because TD was closed for trades in August, or I am just being oblivious when looking for it? :(

Just go to the Word on top TOKENS, then drop along the right the Hydo-LINK until you see the symbol for Tokens Exchange Program and go from there.

click on "tokens" on the top horizontal bar on the forum home page, then "transmuted token redemption" then "token exchange program".
