My wife is designing our team a token bandaleer, but I'm low on magnets. My question is do we have to have all of our armor displayed or can it just be the useable equipment for easy access?

once you show your armor to the coaches it can be stored (unless some super special effect..not saves because those are accounted for)

When your coach fills out your party card, s/he will note your total AC and Saving Throw modifiers. So unless your armor has a secondary or conditional property that would be need to be shown to a DM, you can stow your armor token before entering the dungeon.

E.g., if you're wearing a Nixie Vest, all that does in give you +2 AC. You would not need to show that to your DM. If you are wearing Sea Elf Armor, the +6 to AC will be recorded on the party card, but you may need to show a DM that you can attack on the first round while Hindered.
