TOPIC: How to Start Over?

professional procrastinator. 

I majored in that back in college...I just kept putting off finishing that degree.

Therapist to 2 Autistic young boys (weekdays) and caregiver for a brilliant but challenging young girl.<br />Registered Nurse, with background in Palliative Care. (weekends)<br />And chief domestic engineer in our domicile.

<br /><br />I'm an engineer for NASA at JPL.  <br /><br />I fly a spaceship called Cassini around Saturn and its moons, taking pictures, and sending them back to Earth... so I guess you could call me a "Solar System Tourist".    =)

grad student studying computational fluid dynamics.  Although, I did intern for Thiokol and worked a little on some NASA related projects, but mostly high explosives.

I'm a crack dealer -- of the token and DF variety.  Just ask John.<br /><br />Oh, and I also dance every Thursday night at "The Stud Barn".  It's $10/hour, but that is all I can afford.<br /><br /><br /><br />

<br /><br />Admitting you have a problem is the first step towards recovery. 

I run a produce warehouse.  Specifically I buy and sell tomatoes.  I you have ever been to Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Alaska and have eaten at Burger King, Subway, or Wendys or bought tomatoes at Safeway, Fred Meyer (Kroger), or eaten at a restaurant serviced by Sysco or Food Services of America or US Food Service--you have eaten my tomatoes.<br /><br />Oh yeah and I write fantasy novels (working on the third book in The Brazen Serpent Chronicles).  I have to have it finished by Indy or Kim will disown me.  You know how Profit/Loss Statements go--well the produce business is the profit and the book business is the loss.  But the books are much more fun than the tomatoes.  Somehow writing the books helps me maintain a small measure of sanity.<br /><br />Widseth breaks into song again:<br /><br />One tomato<br />Two tomato<br />Three tomato<br />Four.<br /><br />Gotta count tomatoes<br />Only a million more.<br /><br /><br />And I sit in the circle of token addicts.  Right across from Smack, kittycorner from Raven, and a seat away from Gary.  (Smack is addicted.  We are gonna tell him one of these days.)<br /><br />Mrs Widseth does a lot of headshaking for her job.  I'm stacking and counting tokens--she shakes her head.  I'm working on my Indy costume--she shakes her head.  I'm writing--she shakes her head.  I don't know who pays her but she shakes her head a lot.  Once I wondered if it was loose and asked her, but she said it was just my perspective 'cause I'm the one with the loose screw.  Not sure what she meant by that.  Maybe I ought to start a new thread on this.<br /><br />Oh well.<br /><br /><br />Widseth
