TOPIC: Problems receiving TD email

You know, I thought it was just me, but two other people have just posted that they have significant trouble getting the TD emails.....any ideas on why this might be happening to all of us? I'm starting to think it's not on my end now.

Could it be, because the email is sent in a HTML format, and under the preferences you have html emails disabled?

if you can manage your subsciption from there, you should be getting the emails. Unfortunately most of the subscribers were entered by hand and typo's could have occured. Please take a moment to check out the link to the newsletter subscription if you feel you are having problems.

Honestly, I don't know what the problem is. I've asked several times, and several TD people have said they fixed it for me, but I can't get it to work at all. I tried to login and change my preferences, but I don't have the right password. When I try to have a password sent to me, it tells me a message was sent, and I never get one. When I simply try and register/subscribe again, it tells me I'm already subscribed under that email. So I have no idea what the problem is. My email is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., if anyone could check this for me.

I've tried having it send me a test email, but I've never received it and I'm signed up for the newsletter. Not sure what else to try.

I think it's fixed now. I'll post when the next newsletter goes out to make sure everyone got it.

I haven't gotten one in a long time either, and I know it's not being filtered. I actually look at my spam mail. Well, at least "who it's from" and the subject anyway.
