TOPIC: Web server maintenance

We will be down an hour or so on Oct. 5th.

I noticed I am no longer receiving email alerts when I receive a new private message. I confirmed my settings. Wondering if during the migration an IP changed or the setting got adjusted on the backend. Did a toggle off and on to see if that helps.

Same problem for subscribed threads as well; I subscribed to this thread after Kusig's post but did not receive the expected email notification from Reap's post.

Not sure whether this will be helpful in troubleshooting, but sometimes after I post a reply to a thread, the new page displays a yellow box that says

'''
Notice
Could not start mail function.
'''

immediately above the usual yellow box that says

'''
Message
Your message has been successfully posted.
'''

Subscribed thread email notifications are working for me today. Hooray!

The store page appears to be down for placing pre-orders. I thought those opened up already?

Email notification of private message I've received on the TD forums are still not coming to me. This makes it hard to run an auction. Is there something I need to change in my settings to make this work again?

I have only seen it listing Oct 10th as the start of 2023 token orders.

In case it's useful for troubleshooting, I tried going to my Archive and manually emailing myself a copy of a PM using the "send e-mail" button in the lower left, and that doesn't work either. It displays a yellow box at the top of the page with

Message
Could not send e-mail containing messages.
'''

I have notified the webmaster. Sorry, I have been traveling.
