TOPIC: Store does not complete checkout

Order gets stuck on step 4, page says it's step 3. There is no button to accept and go to paypal to pay for the order. Anyone else seeing this?

Haven't tried yet. Figured I'd let others work out the kinks.

Mine worked. Using chrome. However on the transfer back from PayPal, it was a blank screen...once I logged in, the order number showed and all was complete but there was a warning on the top about some kind of ID mismatch which I assumed was because the session return was not as the session transmitted to Paypal

apparently was an issue with my popupblocker?!?

Sorry for the trouble! We added some extra functions recently, and you might have to clear your cache. Try SHIFT + F5

Looks like everything went fine with the order and its showing up in my order history as "confirmed", so I assume everything is ok. Although at the top of the screen it also looks like my order is also still in my cart waiting for checkout. I did try a shift +5 and then close my browser. I came back and its still there. Not a big deal since I don't plan to checkout a second time, but a bit odd.

The exact same thing is happening to me. I had the money taken out but I still show it in my cart... weird

Thanks. I thought about just deleting items out of my cart, but don't want something weird like my order getting cancelled to happen.

Well, it's really only a very minor annoyance, but since my original order is "confirmed", would I be ok to simply delete the duplicate order still sitting in my cart? At some point I will want to place another order and will need it cleared out before then.

Yes...go ahead and delete it. We now have it fixed so it won't do that on future orders.

Thank you sir. I have emptied the cart and the confirmed order is still showing in my history. All appears to be well.
