But I personally agree with your general feeling that attributing such high costs to tokens is kind of silly.

Agreed. But I have some tokens listed at prices I will probably never sell them at. But I don't consider them overpriced, it is simply the minimum price I am willing to sell them at. Usually this is because I only have one of that token and it is part of my build. I'm willing to sell any of my tokens for the right price even if some of those prices might seem unreasonable.

You could have this same discussion about almost anything: movie stars, pro-athletes, designer clothes, luxury cars. All way over-priced and not worth the money, in some peoples' opinions.
