Once more into the bump, dear friends...
D&D teaches all the important lessons in life - the low blow, the cheap shot, the back stab, the double cross. - Jerry Marsischky

Let them trap us. We have our swords. - Elric of Melnibone.

You try to get them to play the game, but all they want to do is play the rules. - Ardak Kumerian

I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend - Faramir

OK. Jedi has been offered my unclaimed ticket. He has a kick ass Ranger build. But I'll let him speak for himself on class choice. We would be sure to get there a half hour before our run time to nail down the classes we want.

And he has a deal for you. He has spare CoAs. There is a price of course. If he loans you a CoA he will want some of your loot. I'll leave the negotiations up to him.

Because its all about the loot...

Edit: and he has spare AoWs as well. Guessing he will want a cut of the loot on this as well.:)

I will play anything. I prefer not to play a caster but will if I have to. I have a few tokens I can loan out including Treasure Enchancers and Charms of Synergy. I don't know that we can do too much planning though without hearing from the other 5 players.

Mostly what we can do is be in the coaching room as soon as we are allowed in.

If we are in with total newbies, then at least 3 of us are 3rd level or above, so get choice ahead of those who are not.

True. I have so many runs this year though I don't care what I play. I have preferences but that is all.

I have 9 runs not counting a Grind. I told myself I won't do that many again.

Last year I told myself I wouldn't do 4 runs, GM a minis event, and be a full time volunteer again.

So this year I'm doing all that and I added a 5th run...

I have my 4 group runs I do every year (though I may miss one because I am in a card tournament earlier in the day). I do 1 Grind a year. And that was all that I had planned. I even cut out the sealed run I do every year because I am converting one of my group runs to a sealed run. I am volunteering M-W setting up TD and then most of Saturday Night. So I am not certain how I fit all the extra runs in but it just kind of happened.

Max and I did 7 runs last year and one grind. With all the other stuff we do it was a very busy gencon. This year we are only doing 5 runs and one grind, hopefully that will be more manageable. We don't have a set group we run with, we just do pickups like this.
