Clarified the mechanics of ESP on all (I hope) psychic fuel and imbuing tokens.

This year's scroll tubes seem inconsistent in some of their Classification.

50 GP Ebony Scroll Tube - Gear, GP Value
Arcane Scroll Tube - Affects Class Talent, Equippable
Greater Arcane Scroll Tubes - Affects Class Talent, Gear

It feels like all should be Gear and Equippable, but I'm not certain.

The Classifications for GP Value and Affects Class Talent look correct though

Assuming that the Unit Conversion rules (common=1, uncommon=3, rare=6) have no exceptions, the following "exchange program classification" associations may need to be increased from "1-unit":
