TOPIC: BEWARE - This IS a Solicitation - Fundrasier for Pre-school - Ends 9/23

If this is totally not acceptable, please let me know or simply nuke this post.  Thank you.<br /><br />While I don't like forceful solicitations, etc., I'm going to post a request and you can take it or leave it as you please.  In any case, thank you for looking.<br /><br />The non-profit pre-school that my children attend uses fundraisers to help pay for rent (we went a portion of a church as our school) and school supplies.  Out of the roughly $25,000 annual budget, only roughly $800 goes to anyone as a form of payment for their services.  Basically, from the teachers and the board of education, down to the parents (it's a co-op pre-school), everyone volunteers their time.  Parents do pay a monthly fee per child for "tuition," but we make up the rest with the fundraisers.<br /><br />We would appreciate it much if you would look through the on-line catalog for this fall fundraiser.  If you see anything you want, great.  If not, no worries.<br /><br />Link:  http://www.believeholidays.com/home.asp?School=388&Session=670071363 <br /><br />Once you add something to your cart, it should say that you're shopping for "Garden City Preschool" (even though the actual name is Garden City Co-Op Pre-School).<br />When you go to check out, the Student First & Last Name field should read "Samantha Weaver."  This is our daughter.<br /><br /><br />Thank you kindly for reaading this post and for any "contributions" you make to the pre-school in the form of orders.  The company we are using this time gives the school 50% of the cost listed on their web site.  So if someone purchases an item for $20, the school receives $10.<br /><br /><br />My thanks,<br /><br />John<br />JKW<br /><br />Edit:  Last day for orders is 9/23.  They gave us less than a month to raise the money.  Thank you.
