TOPIC: Megasnake!

Matt Atherton/Feedback had a poster in his signing area giving info about a show on SciFi - he had a guest role in Megasnake, a movie about,....well,...a giant snake.<br /><br />Matt's part was kewl.  He was natural, and he got to be a hero without being a "superhero."<br /><br />Other than that, someone at SciFi owes me 2 hours of my life back.  I'll settle for 1.5 hours, taking away the time Matt was onscreen and commercial time.<br /><br />Yeesh!<br /><br />Brian<br />

Yea all those sci-fi monster moves are cheesy but that's to be assumed before even watching it. I was LOL when I saw the advertisements. 

They really pushed the show as if it "starred" Matthew.  That kinda ticked me off.  My son wanted to watch because of that, he wound up hiding his eyes for most of it and my wife and I keep saying, gee this seems awful bloody for a "Feedback" show.  <br /><br />I agree, his part was fine, and frankly the only good thing about it.  I could not help feeling that he got the short end of the deal.  But as they say, any press (air time) is good press.<br /><br />This had to be a deal where they had several actors on contract for a movie, and that contract expired soon, so they stuck them all in this piece of garbage.  I think the lead was Ben Browder (Farscape).  This will definitely be one he wants to bury.<br /><br />I am hopeful that Matt gets another chance at airtime in a piece more in keeping with him and the Superhero image.<br /><br />That one is destined for MST3K 'ville

Matt's part was great....and thats all I have to say about that.....

Yeah I was rather upset since I was pretty sure they said that "Feedback" would star in a Sci-Fi movie. Now Matt did a great job, but the idea was to see Feedback kicking some butt superhero style. I think SciFi should get a good talking to, because Feedback kicking the crap out of that snake would have made the movie a lot better in my opinion (then again having it star a giant evil attacking ham sandwich could only have improved this  =D)

Matt's part = awesome.  Me = glad I tivoed it so I could fast forward through the non Feedback parts.
