I donno the D&D one seems a bit off... I would say it is closer to a DC 45-50... especially with rotating schedules

DC 40 during college years

DC 50 after college years

I'd think about starting the first retirement community for gamers.

But we've spent all our money on games. :P
D&D teaches all the important lessons in life - the low blow, the cheap shot, the back stab, the double cross. - Jerry Marsischky

Let them trap us. We have our swords. - Elric of Melnibone.

You try to get them to play the game, but all they want to do is play the rules. - Ardak Kumerian

I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend - Faramir

Oh it sounds awesome, but you know it will be a bunch of cranky old dudes locked in a perpetual argument about which edition of D&D is the best. ;)

Besides, my wife wants it to be the home for aging Mouseketeers.

On the plus side, food service would be easy.

Pizza, Doritos, and Dr Pepper (or Jolt Cola for a real old school crowd).
