Legal enough. I used this website a few years ago to download all of the 1st Edition D&D Dragon Mags onto my iBooks Library.

Oh how this brings back the memories...

I started downloading them 1 at a time but the interface sucks... so I wrote a program to download them for me... I guess I am bit lazy... but I now have all 250 issues...

I wrote it to down load any .pdf links off an http/https page... just give it the url (and optional security credentials) and it downloads all pdf links from that site...

Maybe there is a better way to download in mass, but it wouldn't let me connect with ftp, sftp, nor ftps...

D&D teaches all the important lessons in life - the low blow, the cheap shot, the back stab, the double cross. - Jerry Marsischky

Let them trap us. We have our swords. - Elric of Melnibone.

You try to get them to play the game, but all they want to do is play the rules. - Ardak Kumerian

I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend - Faramir

I remember standing in the hobby shop in Tucson. I was disappointed they were sold out of D&D (3-book boxed set). They had Dragon Magazine #1 and #2 (just out). I should have bought them both, but I just bought #2. My sister gave me the boxed set, supplements, dice, and minis for my birthday a few months later. My Dragon subscription started with #11.
