TOPIC: Free GENCON Dungeon Runs w No Loot Sign Up Thread

I know there are at least a few people looking to do Ghost Runs at GENCON strictly for the treasure coins/participation tokens/token bag. I thought it might be worth starting a thread where anyone who is interested in doing a free Dungeon run at GENCON in exchange for handing over all the loot to the ticket buyer can post the days/times they are available. Then, maybe anyone looking for such players can contact them, and have a win/win situation.

I'd think it would also work the reverse, if anyone has a run where they are planning on doing Ghost Players, but would be just as happy (or more happy) if it were people instead who would hand over all the loot afterwards, could post the Day/Time/Dungeon that they are looking for players. And of course, this might be a way for someone to get more loot than they could from the 5 Ghost Player limit.

Maybe there are some potential players that would be interested in trying True Dungeon except for the cost, and this would be a good way for them to get a free Dungeon run to try it out, similar to the Newbie runs some people do.

I should specify that this doesn't affect me, my group is doing one of each Dungeon this year, and as of now we have full groups for all.

If someone has such a run for N1, my son might be interested. Let me know. He is a nightmare capable Druid.

I would totally go through all the Dungeons for free and hand over my loot.

My general interest would be to hand over 10 packs and treasure draws but keep completion tokens and have someone else pick up the cost of the ticket.

When I generally do this (in July) I keep all token related things, but players keep their pins and xp codes. This is after I attempt to fill my spots with my friends and have some spots left. My friends take FOREVER to let me know which spots they want. Currently I am

With 2 saying they want the Saturday run (there are 2 Saturday runs so I don't know which one). Still waiting to hear back from everyone else though they told me they want tickets they just haven't told me which run yet.

I have 5 folks in my group who would like to take that opportunity although I outfit them they probably aren’t Nightmares ready

I have up to 5 tickets for N2 at GenCon that can be offered for free (in exchange for the loot - players get the xp codes and pins.) we also ask that you are ok with hardcore or nightmare level modes.

Adventure: N2 - Friday 4:01p.

After I get back from Origins I am liking opening up my Thursday N2 @ 05:37 PM. I have zero friends that this day and time worked out for which is very unusual. My N3 is 5/10 and the other two did fill up. Not certain yet if I am going to open the N2 open to anyone that wants to play for free or I am just going to go looking for 1st time players.

UPDATE: My N2 got filled within an hour of posting on Gen Con forums for Free tickets (and someone contacted me before based on this thread). I do have technically 6 available spots at this time, but I am not opening them up at this time. Good luck to anyone either offering Free runs or looking for them.
