I’ve seen bits and pieces scattered about, but not all in one place. I’m probably just missing it. But I’m starting to have nightmares about schlepping a hundred pounds of tokens all over the convention center

Last year transmuting was in a separate small room at the northern end of the convention center on the 1st floor. Not too far from Hall D. Hopefully Jeff can post the room number if he knows it.

Plus or minus 20 yards is good enough for now. I just don’t want to drop them at Hall D and find I have to drag them to Hall A or something. Thanks!

Brad just drop them off near me. They will be fine.

I should be able to post here Tuesday exactly where the transmute room is. I just got here and am going to help out tomorrow so I should be able (I hope) to list the room and describe how to get there.

We should have two to three volunteers working to get the transmutes done but the turnaround time depends on how much is dropped off.

Am I correct to assume that there would also be a time at which you will no longer accept drop offs if it looks like there is too much to get done. I'm planning in dropping off asap but just would like to know.

We will be working Sunday as well... depending on how much you have to transmute. I don’t fly out until mo day so I can help until they kick me out of the room Sunday,

Earlier is better.

It gives more time to work on it

I know if you mail tokens in, separate shipments need to occur for the trade tokens, then the transmuted tokens (e.g., one shipment to get darkwood plank, second shipment to use those planks in a recipe). How would something like this happen at Origins? How would I mark this on the order sheet?

You go through the line twice, with separate sheets, unless you can find someone to do you the favor of trading your bits for their trade tokens.

Yes like me. I will be out front of the dungeon and can do small trade good swaps for people. Just look for the treasure chest.

There used to be a pdf or word doc with just the trade item names for you to put in the ziplock bag. Very useful if you have to do a lot of exchanges for just trade items.
